Payment Plan Agreement
By enrolling in this payment plan, you agree to the following terms:
Total Purchase Price: $3,695
Down Payment: $295, credited toward your total balance.
Installments: You agree to recurring weekly automatic payments which will start exactly one week from the date of your down payment and will remain active until your balance is paid in full.
No Interest or Fees: This is a 0% interest, no-fee plan.
Automatic Payments: You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method until your balance is paid in full.
Failed Payments: Failed charges will be retried up to two times. Continued failed payments may result in your access being paused and manual follow-up.
Early Payoff: You may pay off your remaining balance at any time without penalty.
Payment Method Changes: You may update your card on file at any time through our customer portal.
Receipts & Records: You will receive a receipt for each payment and may request a full payment ledger at any time.
